Nature of Time - 24 Seasons

Strategy

The team and I transformed this blank canvas venue into a controlled environment where guests were led to discover Grand Seiko's core values and products while further unveiling the deep sensibilities, appreciation, and reverence a meaningful distinction of cyclical time in Japan’s 24 seasons. The journey began with the soundscape bamboo passage, leading into the cocktail reception, and finishing off with a 5 course curated Japanese meal.

Role

Created and coordinated production files with a flow deck from agency to vendors.

Directed all graphic installations onsite and overhauled any complications.

Results

The event hosted 30 guests across two days and was covered by 11 media outlets.
