Help bring these customers back to Chewy & drive conversion (within 60 days) through showcasing products that relate to key pet parents needs during this time of year.

Role

Developed the look & feel with a mood board and prepared a photo brief.  Partnered with studio to oversee, guide, and approve the photoshoot. 

Designed the layout of each Panel.

Results

This campaign drove a lift of +2% ordering customers over the 60-day period versus a similar no-mail control group.

The November and December campaigns drove lift of about +2.5% new customer acquisitions via Direct Mail in Period 10 vs the beginning-of-period forecast.
